Work

Since 2010, the panel has delivered 243 opinions, 67 of which were delivered by the first panel, 80 by the second panel and 96 by the third panel. Those opinions have dealt, in 113 cases, with renewals and, in 130 cases, with first mandates.

In total, 215 of the opinions delivered since the panel started work in 2010 have been favourable and 28 have been unfavourable. No unfavourable opinions have been delivered on candidates for renewal of mandate. Consequently, 21,5 % (28 out of 130) of the opinions on candidates for a first mandate were unfavourable.
